With almost 400 litigations in over 23 years as a Nevada business, real estate, collection, and class action litigation attorney, (including over 30 Nevada Supreme Court appeals), I am well-versed in the art, science and strategy of commercial litigation. As the Attorney/Owner of Adams Law Group, I have overseen complex litigation processes, managed a legal team of up to 35 employees, and handled multiple trials and appeals from beginning to end. My role encompassed all aspects of litigation, from initial client consultations, to case development, arbitrations, mediations, discovery, motion practice, district court trials and appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court. Additionally, I have managed over 100 receiverships for NV District Court Judges.
As a former owner of a multi-state mortgage banking company and Nevada's largest business brokerage firm, I have extensive experience in finance, corporate, business and real estate transactional law and contract drafting and negotiation.
